This will be sent within 3 working hours to your email address.

In this email, we will also include a secure link that will allow you to submit payment.

Once payment is received in full, we will provide the requested service(s).

Our customers typically request e-mailed responses (with attachments if applicable).

Please confirm under ‘Requirements’ your preferred medium for our response.

We can however save attachments to a secure location if this is preferable. This is our standard process for the return of personal and business documentation serviced by our editors.

For coaching appointments, we will contact you and arrange a mutually convenient diary slot.
