Wordissimo’s order process for proofreading, copyediting and drafting services makes the decision to proceed hassle-free for all our clients whether they are students, professionals or personal customers.

As we are handling personal an sensitive data, we want you to have a clear line of sight for your documentation rather than it disappearing into the ether via an ‘upload’ button on a webpage.

That is why, with our proofreading, editing and checking services, we ask our customers to firstly submit an enquiry form with basic information but not their whole file(s).

Our price is based on volume, so we wouldn’t want to take your file and payment in advance, only for you to have concerns about the security of your data.

No matter how great we were, that is not going to be a great experience overall.

So what we do is take contact details first and an essential brief.

We then send back a secure link via email, accessible only via the sender address for your document.

We use Microsoft 365 One Drive/Sharepoint for this purpose. This is an enterprise level secure environment that offers extensive protection in multiple layers: physical data center security, network security, access security, application security, and data security. You can use it as a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from any device. All you need is a web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox. For the fixed services, you can relax in the knowledge that, from a cost perspective, it’s all settled. Accuracy, quality, and a return time that fits into your plan.

You just need to tell us an overview of what you’d like, pay for the service and leave the rest to us. We will then be in touch to run through the detail of the requirement and to liaise with you as we develop and fine-tune your solution.

We can collect data and information either via a call or through the secure file sharing process described above. In some cases, it might be a mix of the two.

However it rolls out, one of our senior consultants will co-ordinate this and will ensure that the editorial team have everything they need so that the process is effortless for you.
