Order Process – Complaints Packages

Using Wordissimo’s complaints services couldn’t be easier. We’ve put together a hassle-free and affordable solution for all our customers.

Once we have received your order, we will be quickly back in touch via email with a secure link accessible only via the sender address for your documentation.

For this service, we will require copies of all documentation regarding the issue in question.

We use Microsoft 365 One Drive/Sharepoint for this purpose. This is an enterprise-level secure environment that offers extensive protection in multiple layers: physical data center security, network security, access security, application security, and data security. You can use it as a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from any device. All you need is a web browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox. Once we have received your documents, we will get to work.

It is likely that we will be in touch by telephone and/or email, depending on your preferences, in order to check detail and to ensure that we are capturing your requirements most appropriately. It is not unusual to make serveral iterations before we reach the final product.

Indeed, sometimes there are last-minute amendments that you ask us to make after the final product! Don’t worry, it happens! And when it does, Wordissimo is happy to get back on the case at no extra charge!
